Carlos Ortiz graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in 2002 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Since graduation he has worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a primary patent examiner. Carlos now works in the Office of Education and Outreach developing educational materials focused on innovation and intellectual property for K-12.
